Email admin@tamid.ai. Please say which organisation you belong to and, if it is about a meeting, roughly when it was scheduled — that is usually enough to find it.
Zoom: the things that actually go wrong
“Zoom is no longer connected”
Your grant stopped working — usually because TAMID was removed from your Zoom account, or the authorisation expired. Nothing you scheduled is lost; the meetings still exist on your Zoom account. Reconnect from the donor page and scheduling resumes.
The recording checkbox is greyed out
The connected Zoom account cannot produce a transcript. Cloud recording and the audio transcript both have to be switched on, and that needs a paid Zoom plan. TAMID will not offer recording it cannot transcribe, because capturing audio nobody can read is worse than not capturing it.
“Zoom could not invite them on this plan”
The meeting was created, but Zoom did not email the donor, because registering a participant is a paid Zoom feature. TAMID never emails donors, so nobody has told them — send them the join link yourself. The message on screen includes it.
The transcript has not arrived
Zoom usually takes about twice the length of the call to produce one, and sometimes much longer. TAMID keeps checking on its own, so there is nothing to press. If it will never arrive, the meeting says so and gives the reason rather than spinning.
The transcript is there but no facts were proposed
Two possibilities, and the page distinguishes them. If the transcript is not in English, TAMID says so and does not read it — Zoom transcribes English only, and a model given text it cannot read invents facts about a real person. Otherwise, reading it may simply have found nothing worth proposing, which the page reports as a result rather than as silence.
A donor needs to be removed
Erasure is on the donor's page. It asks you to type their name, because it cannot be undone.
Disconnecting Zoom
From Zoom: Settings → Installed Apps → TAMID → Remove. Zoom tells TAMID, and the stored connection and both tokens are deleted.
