The rules for using TAMID, and the responsibilities that stay with your organisation.

The service

TAMID is a fundraising operating system: donor records, daily priorities, coaching grounded in your organisation's own methodology, and meeting scheduling through your own Zoom account.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for keeping it to yourself.
• Your organisation's administrators decide who may join it and what they can reach.
• You may not use TAMID to store information you have no right to hold, or to contact people who have asked not to be contacted.

Connecting Zoom

• You connect your own Zoom account. Meetings are created on it, and you are the host.
• You may disconnect at any time, from Zoom or from TAMID. Disconnecting in Zoom deletes the stored connection and its tokens.
• TAMID does not change your Zoom account settings. There is a feature that could, and it is switched off; if that ever changes, it will ask for the permission first and you will see it on Zoom's consent screen.

Recording conversations — read this one

Recording is off by default and is never switched on for you. When you switch it on, TAMID shows you the words to say at the start of the call and keeps a record that they were shown.

Obtaining consent from the people on a call is your responsibility, not TAMID's. Roughly a dozen US states require every party to consent, and the law that applies depends on where each person is sitting. TAMID gives you the disclosure and the evidence that you gave it; it cannot know whether the other person agreed, and it does not decide whether you may record.

The allocation of legal liability for recorded conversations between TAMID and your organisation is not yet settled and is with counsel. This page will say what was decided when it is decided. Until then, treat recording as something your organisation is responsible for.

What the AI does and does not do

• Anything TAMID drafts or proposes is a proposal. A person approves it before it becomes part of a donor's record.
• TAMID does not send email to your donors, and does not schedule anything without you confirming it.
• Model output can be wrong. Do not treat a proposed fact as true because it is written down; that is what the review step is for.

Availability and changes

TAMID is a product under active development. Features change, and occasionally break. We will tell you about changes that affect how your data is handled, and this page and the privacy page record where things stand.

Ending it

You can stop using TAMID at any time and ask for your organisation's data to be exported or deleted at admin@tamid.ai.
